At the crossroads of innovation, customer engagement, and performance-driven sales, the Entry Level Account Manager role is designed as a career launchpad--not just a position.Representing one of the nation's most recognized brands, AT&T, you'll deliver personalized wireless and connectivity solutions while building meaningful, one-on-one customer relationships.As an Entry Level Account Manager, your role in driving sales while developing the skills needed for leadership.The Entry Level Account Manager will engage with customers in person, represent the brand with confidence, and contribute directly to individual and team performance sales goals.Our Entry Level Account Managers are energetic, people-first professionals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments, identify opportunities for growth, and take pride in delivering results through exceptional customer experiences.Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:Initiate meaningful conversations in-person with customers to understand each individual's lifestyle, wireless and communication needs, and connectivity preferences Recommend the most suitable AT&T wireless products that match their day-to-day habits, making wireless connections feel simple and accessible Process all customers sales orders with care and accuracy Break down the latest AT&T offers, devices, and service plans into clear, value-packed options.As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll guide customers through upgrades, contract terms, and special bundles--helping them make confident, informed choices.Collaborate closely with high-performing sales team members by participating in daily meetings, sharing best practices, and engaging in one-on-one mentorship with experienced Assistant Managers and leadership.Keep detailed customer records and follow up with leads.Qualifications for our Entry Level Account Manager Role:Interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred, but not required Highly coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Looking to gain management experience and skills to develop professional career Job Type:Full-time Pay:$3,800.00 - $4,550.00 per month Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
