Our firm is dedicated to delivering communication services to select members of the community.We are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry Level Account Representative to join our team and help connect our community with the services we offer.As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will play a vital role in engaging with the public to promote our services and ensure that individuals receive the support they need.You will be responsible for building relationships, qualifying potential clients, and facilitating access to our services through effective communication and outreach strategies.Entry Level Account Representative Responsibilities:Actively engage with residential customers to promote wireless products through direct sales and outreach initiatives.Assess the needs of individuals and qualify them for available services, ensuring a good match between their needs and our offerings.Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members and potential clients to foster trust and encourage referrals.Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services, programs, and eligibility criteria to potential clients and community members.Gather feedback from community members and homeowners to identify areas for improvement in our services and outreach strategies.Work closely with internal teams and fellow Entry Level Customer Account Representatives to ensure seamless service delivery and to address the needs of the community effectively.Entry Level Account Representative Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, community outreach, or customer service is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Passion for community engagement and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month Work Location:In person.
