MN Business Executives, an authorized partner to AT&T's business sales and consulting division, is actively hiring an Entry Level AT&T Account Associate to become a trusted local leader, ensuring businesses have the competitive edge they need through premium AT&T Business services.As an Entry Level AT&T Account Associate, your journey begins with building strong foundations.You will learn the core functions of AT&T's Business services, from managing accounts and customer relationships to supporting business sales activations.The Entry Level AT&T Account Associate manages business relationships, supports sales outreach, and maintains business accounts by delivering reliable solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.This position plays a key part in building trust with businesses and customers, identifying needs, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.Entry Level AT&T Account Associate Responsibilities:Work with businesses and customers to introduce AT&T services, answer questions, and support the sales process for new orders Assist with account setup by organizing business information and following up to ensure services are activated correctly after the sales are completed Work closely with team leaders to support daily sales margins and maintain organized account activity Follow up with businesses and after initial interactions to ensure satisfaction and address basic service needs Build business relationships and customer rapport for future referrals Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by understanding customer needs and sharing promotions, upgrades or AT&T deals Entry Level AT&T Account Associate Qualifications:Background in business, account management, sales, customer service, or an associate role is all a plus but not needed for this position Goal-oriented, driven individuals who enjoy customer interaction and sales Strong interpersonal skills and assured communication Self motivated professionals to thrive in competitive sales environment Willingness to problem solve and be solution oriented Pay:$900.00 - $1,450.00 per week Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
