Twin Cities Management, a recognized leader in sales and business consulting, is appointing an Entry Level Assistant Manager for our Minneapolis office.The Entry Level Assistant Manager will be integrated into the AT&T Business portfolio, receiving direct mentorship in campaign execution and team leadership to facilitate growth into a territory management role.As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will manage team alignment, facilitate onboarding procedures, and nurture client relationships for AT&T Business.The Entry Level Assistant Manager will receive training in performance management and sales systems to leverage data for service benchmarks and campaign refinement, establishing a pathway into telecom leadership.Role Requirements for an Entry Level Assistant Manager Lead structured sales campaigns across assigned commercial zones to drive enrollment for AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled services.Train and support team members on service positioning, CRM workflows, and onboarding procedures to improve conversion rates and campaign consistency.Monitor pipeline activity, account status, and activation milestones using CRM platforms to support territory forecasting and sales performance tracking.Resolve onboarding delays and service gaps through structured escalation protocols and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.Conduct performance check-ins, implement process improvements, and share best Entry Level Assistant Manager practices to enhance team efficiency and sales velocity.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure documentation accuracy, provisioning readiness, and sales benchmarks are met across all service tiers.What's in it for Our Entry Level Assistant Manager Get hands-on training in CRM systems, campaign tools, and structured outreach workflows used across AT&T's commercial service tiers.Grow into leadership roles through performance-based career paths in territory management, client services, sales, or campaign strategy.Be part of a high-impact Entry Level Assistant Manager team that values precision, clean data, and measurable growth across business accounts.Thrive in a results-driven environment that rewards initiative, supports development, and promotes from within.Qualities That Set You Apart as an Entry Level Assistant Manager Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework in business, communications, or operations supports strategic planning, team development, and outreach execution.Experience in client onboarding, sales coordination, or team leadership--ideally within telecom, subscription-based, or technology-driven sectors.CRM proficient; interprets pipeline data and territory metrics to optimize outreach strategy and reinforce team accountability.Motivational leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; drives Entry Level Assistant Manager team cohesion and sales success across AT&T's business service tiers.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$51,834.39 - $62,424.21 per year Work Location:In person.
