Our commitment and keen efforts to create long-lasting relationships between our clients and their consumers are what set us apart from the competition.This is why we are actively seeking to hire an Entry Level AT&T Assistant to help them execute wireless sales and services.To ensure that we exceed our clients' goals and expectations, we are looking for a highly skilled individual who has the drive and interpersonal skillset to help us succeed.As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will have the opportunity to train directly with our senior-level Managers and gain extensive knowledge on how to effectively represent our clients.This Entry Level AT&T Assistant's role starts entry level, working directly with customers, learning the ins and outs of wireless services.Additionally, you will work collaboratively with some of our other team members to learn the ins and outs of the overall telecommunications industry.The Entry Level AT&T Assistant position is designed for someone with a true passion for fostering positive sales experiences, assisting customers in their needs, and driving the company to new heights! Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant:Increase new customer acquisitions by engaging with customers face-to-face and educating them on potential services available to them Utilize product and service knowledge to increase sales and generate business that brings longevity and value to the company The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will process sales orders for customers daily, setting them up with new wireless devices Enhance every customer's experience by providing a genuine, positive, and professional interaction when assisting them directly in person Apply any upgrades, benefits or perks of services to upsell our clients' products and services when it benefits the customer's needs Ensure any records of the customer's contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package are correct before submitting Qualifications and Skills for the Entry Level AT&T Assistant role:Experience in a customer service, retail, customer support, sales, or similar field is recommended for the Entry Level AT&T Assistant role.Flexible schedule Adaptable in fast-paced working environments Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Distinguished in verbal communication, visual presentation, and public speaking Solution-oriented and provides creative, clear, and concise responses to our customers' inquiries and issues through critical thinking Self-driven, motivated, and eager to train with our senior-level managers to develop stronger relationship-building skills with our clients Job Type:Full-time Pay:$42,800.00 - $57,600.00 per year Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
