Pacific Link Communications is looking for an Entry Level AT&T Representative to join a growing sales telecommunications team based in Westminster, CA and surrounding areas, focused on connecting customers with AT&T wireless phones and data plans.This position is ideal for individuals who want to build strong foundational sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, product education, and territory development.In this role, the Entry Level AT&T Representative will work directly with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend tailored solutions that improve their communication experience.As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you will support team growth by building relationships, presenting wireless solutions, and contributing to consistent sales performance.Entry Level AT&T Representative Key Responsibilities In-person customer engagement to present AT&T wireless phones and data plans Uncover customer needs and recommend wireless options that fit their usage.Develop new customer opportunities through outreach to support the sales pipeline Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales tracking Attend trainings to improve outreach strategies and overall sales performance Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications Strong communication skills with interest in building a career in sales Ability to engage confidently with customers in face-to-face sales environment Interest in wireless technology and customer-focused sales solutions Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn structured sales techniques Team-oriented attitude with drive to grow in a performance-based sales environment Pay:$4,300.00 - $5,500.00 per month Work Location:On the road.
