We are looking for an energetic, driven, and people-focused Entry-Level Business Developer (Outside Sales) to help grow our presence, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of Express Scottsdale. Job Summary: As an Entry-Level Business Developer (Outside Sales) , you will identify, develop, and nurture relationships with local businesses to help them solve hiring challenges. Your role will focus on prospecting, networking, and securing new business while upholding our commitment to world-class customer service . This is an outbound, client-facing role , requiring hustle, persistence, and a strong ability to build relationships . No sales experience? No problem. If you bring the right attitude and work ethic , we will provide the training and mentorship to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development ( Driven to Succeed ) Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits. Conduct 50+ outreach activities per day (calls, emails, drop-ins, etc.). Set and attend 15+ client meetings per week to discuss staffing solutions. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets . Client Relationship Management ( World-Class Customer Service ) Serve as the face of Express Scottsdale , representing our values and expertise in staffing. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and value-driven conversations. Understand each client’s unique hiring needs and offer tailored staffing solutions . Ensure client satisfaction and retention , consistently following up to provide support. Team Collaboration & Professional Development ( Develop Together ) Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth hiring process for clients. Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions to sharpen skills. Seek out mentorship and training to continuously improve in sales and business development. Integrity & Accountability ( Own the Outcome & Integrity Through Authenticity ) Track sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress. Take ownership of client success , ensuring placements meet expectations. Maintain honest and ethical business practices in all interactions.
