Job DescriptionJob Description10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting entry-level Class A CDL drivers for regional routes east of the Mississippi. This position offers paid training, consistent miles, weekly home time for most assignments, and benefits effective at hire. Compensation and workscope $1,600–$2,000 per week (varies by experience and route). Weekly pay. Typical mileage: 2,500–3,000 miles/week. No-touch dry van freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads. Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Fully paid 3–5 week training program for recent graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement; paid orientation and hands-on mentoring. Key responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company policies. Transport no-touch dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform pre/post-trip inspections. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL. Recent graduates: minimum 120 hours of CDL instruction. Satisfactory driving record. Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
