Job Description
We support leading telecommunications providers, including AT&T, by delivering quality customer acquisition and client support solutions through direct, in-person interactions.We connect businesses and consumers with essential services that improve their communication tools allowing them to focus on what matters most to them.We are currently hiring an Entry Level Client Experience Specialist to support both client engagement and the sales process.In this role, you will work directly with local businesses to introduce services, answer questions, and guide them through available options based on their needs.This position combines customer service and sales responsibilities, offering hands-on experience in client interaction, account support, and business development.What is a day in the life of an Entry Level Client Experience Specialist like? Engage with local businesses and business owners in a face-to-face setting to discuss AT&T's services and identify potential needs Present and explain telecommunications products and service options, including wireless and internet solutions Assist clients through the full sales and enrollment process, from initial conversation to account setup Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and positive client experience Prospect and initiate conversations with potential business clients to generate new opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity Collaborate with team members and leadership to stay aligned on promotions, goals, and client expectations Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and current offers to effectively communicate value to client Skills and Qualifications Needed for the Role:Previous experience in client services, account management sales, or other client-facing role is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in face-to-face interactions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Professional demeanor when interacting with business owners, customers, and team members Interest in developing skills in sales, client services, team development, performance management and business communication Reliable transportation to and from the office is required Pay:$3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per week Work Location:In person.
