Summit Construction is looking for a capable, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Estimator. You do not need prior estimating or construction experience — we’re willing to train the right person. Our goal is always to find and hire the smartest person and train them in all of the job-specific tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, confident communicating with others, and wants to build a career in construction, insurance restoration, and claims management. Most of our senior management staff began their construction carrier in this position. What You’ll Do Write detailed repair estimates using Xactimate software Review property damage and scope repairs Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize claim value Advocate for homeowners throughout the claims process Work closely with our production and sales teams Learn the insurance restoration industry from experienced professionals What We’re Looking For Smart, coachable, and highly motivated Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability Comfortable learning new software and systems Competitive mindset and strong work ethic Construction, roofing, or insurance experience is a plus — but not required What We Offer Paid training on Xactimate and insurance claims Career growth opportunities Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Real-world business and negotiation experience If you’re the type of person who figures things out quickly, communicates well, and likes winning, we want to talk to you.
