Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through outbound calls and marketing campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members on technical sales processes involving technology products or services, ensuring clear communication of features and benefits. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions within CRM systems to optimize future outreach efforts. Skills Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and negotiate effectively. Experience or interest in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships. Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus. Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling strategies. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
