We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Serve as a business partner for assigned functions, addressing accounting and finance-related inquiries. Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan. Update monthly forecasts and provide commentary on business changes. Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and build financial models for various requests. Lead the development and delivery of key metrics, scorecards, and reports. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1+ years of professional experience in general business and finance. Experience with P&L management and financial systems. Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
