Food Service Supervisor Delaware County Detention Center Full-Time | PTO + 401(k) + ESOP + Benefits 11:30am-7:30pm; 5 days a week We are seeking motivated and dependable individual to join our team as Food Service Supervisor at the Delaware County Detention Center. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in food service operations. What You’ll Do Manage daily kitchen operations, food prep, and meal service Supervise kitchen staff and inmate workers Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control Maintain organized, efficient kitchen workflows Follow facility safety and security procedures Plan and execute menus based on guidelines and budget Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and enforce policies Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a secure correctional facility environment Benefits Full-time position Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company participation Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
