Job Description
As a Marine Interdiction Agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, you will safeguard America’s maritime borders by detecting, tracking, and interdicting illegal activity on U.S. coastal and riverine waters. Operating high-speed vessels and advanced sensors, you will conduct boardings, enforce customs and immigration laws, and support counter-terrorism and anti-smuggling missions. Working within a culture of integrity, vigilance, and service, you’ll train continuously, collaborate with air, marine, and ground units, and contribute to national security and humanitarian operations. New Agents may qualify for up to $60,000 in bonus incentives and comprehensive federal benefits, with structured pathways for advancement, specialized training, and leadership development across CBP’s Air and Marine Operations.
