Required Schedule (Non-Negotiable) Saturday - Wednesday 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST Includes 1-hour lunch break Fixed schedule (not rotating) Must be comfortable working weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Who We're Looking For 6+ months of IT experience or relevant education, such as: CompTIA A+ (or actively studying) IT / Computer Science coursework or degree Bootcamp or internship experience Strong interest in hands-on IT support Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation required (100% onsite in Coppell) What You'll Be Doing Respond to and resolve IT support tickets Assist users via email, chat, phone, and in-person Troubleshoot common issues Password resets and login problems WiFi and connectivity issues Printers and basic hardware support Work alongside senior technicians for hands-on training Work Environment Hybrid in Coppell Fast-paced, team-oriented setting Entry-level role with structured training and mentorship Before You Apply Please confirm: You are able to work Saturday - Wednesday, 1 PM - 10 PM CST You are comfortable with weekend shifts You can work onsite in Coppell Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
