JDI Systems is actively seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Entry Level Management Assistant to join our expanding team.In this role, you'll play a critical part in representing leading wireless services, guiding customers through the enrollment process, and ensuring they receive solutions that truly fit their needs.Entry Level Management Assistant Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers enrolling in wireless services, providing a seamless and professional experience.Educate customers on available wireless products and services, and help them identify the best-fit options based on their needs and preferences.Clearly and confidently explain service plans, eligibility requirements, and promotional offerings to ensure full understanding and satisfaction.Assist with the completion and processing of all enrollment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance according to client confidentiality requirements Maintain contact with new customers to confirm successful enrollment and ensure a high degree of satisfaction Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed enrollment goals and customer satisfaction KPIs Preferred Skills and Qualifications for the Entry Level Management Assistant:A natural communicator who loves connecting with different people and personalities (bonus points if you've got a background in sales or customer service).Resilient, upbeat, and solution-oriented--even on the tough days.Confident presenting and explaining products, whether one-on-one or in a team setting.You enjoy the thrill of closing a sale.Eager to grow, learn, and take ownership of your professional journey.After all, we pride ourselves on our professional development initiatives.Customer-first mindset.You strive to deliver exceptional service and leave customers talking about their experience long after they've paid the bill.Strong ethical standards and professional integrity, representing our brand with consistency and care in every interaction.Degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus--but your personality and hustle matter more.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Work Location:In person.
