JAX Business Partners treats every business like the economic engine it is--which is why we need an Entry Level Manager in Jacksonville who leads with purpose.The Entry Level Manager ensures their team doesn't just sell smartphones, but builds communication solutions:secure wireless fleets, uptime-guaranteed internet, and Office@Hand setups that scale.As an Entry Level Manager, your first act is deep immersion in AT&T's solutions for local companies.The Entry Level Manager's daily script will then involve coaching their associates to be heroes for businesses, analysing the numbers behind the narrative, and ensuring Jacksonville's entrepreneurial spirit is powered by reliable mobile, internet, and voice services.Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Lead and motivate team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and reinforcing AT&T Business sales goals.Train new employees on AT&T's smartphones and wireless devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.Manage post-sale client engagement by coordinating digital follow-ups, resolving service concerns, and strengthening subscription loyalty for local business accounts.Analyse staff performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved service delivery and operational efficiency.Oversee daily workflow coordination, including scheduling, reporting, and supervising frontline sales activity to ensure alignment with AT&T Business objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic sales initiatives, manage budgets, and prepare for quarterly business reviews.What We're Looking For in a Entry Level Manager:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Organized and able to manage time effectively in the field Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and goal-driven environments Reliable transportation Job Type:Full-time Pay:$850.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location:In person.
