Responsibilities Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set to ensure timely and efficient production workflows. Support production staff by running errands, managing paperwork, and coordinating schedules as needed. Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the production area throughout the shooting process. Facilitate communication between different departments and team members to promote a smooth production environment. Assist with managing inventory of production materials and equipment, reporting any shortages or issues. Provide on-set support, including managing talent needs and assisting with crowd control when necessary. Requirements: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in film, media, or production is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as production schedules demand. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to handle lifting equipment and standing for long periods during production shoots. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
