Production Support Specialist Position Summary We are seeking a Production Support Specialist to help advance our products and optimize our production processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to problem-solve various production and engineering issues. You will collaborate with operators and management in supporting the training of production team members. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Be the Boots on the Ground, On the Floor presence to support all production needs. Ability to understand engineering prints. Familiar with using engineering tools such as a micrometer and caliper. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, develop, and implement engineering improvement projects. Ensure installations, processes, and applications align with customer requirements as well as quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Assist in training new and existing production team members with production processes Assist with Improving production processes, procedures, and workflows. Assist the Safety team with Ergonomic Improvements for the Production team Provide ongoing technical support to production personnel. Assisting with Engineer Change Requests to support our Production team. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education And Experience Requirements 2–4 years of Trailer/RV technical experience in a production engineering or problem-solving role. Must have a Continuous Improvement and value-stream mindset Engineering or Technical degree, or related discipline (preferred). Familiar with tools such as (SolidWorks/ AutoCAD).
