Entry Level Retail Associate

We are a growing solar energy company expanding our retail presence.We're currently hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Retail Associates representing clean energy solutions inside major retail locations.If you enjoy talking with customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and being part of the clean energy movement, this Entry Level Retail Associate role is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career in sales.No solar experience required, we provide comprehensive training, this is a face-to-face retail sales role.What You'll Do as an Entry Level Retail Associate:Engage customers inside retail store locations throughout the region Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and cost savings Generate and qualify leads for in-home solar consultations Conduct brief needs assessments to determine customer eligibility Deliver clear, confident product explanations Overcome objections and build customer trust Track performance metrics and contribute to store sales goals Collaborate with team members to drive community-based solar awareness What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Retail Associate:High school diploma or GED preferred 0-2 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar roles Strong communication and people skills Comfortable starting conversations with customers Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is a plus Must be 18and authorized to work in the U.S.Why Join Our Solar Entry Level Retail Associate Team?
