Bridgeview Consulting is a sales and development firm supporting AT&T Fiber services in Milwaukee. The Entry Level Sales Agent works directly with customers to help them learn about AT&T Fiber products, answer questions, and provide a positive customer experience. The Entry Level Sales Agent helps customers feel informed and comfortable while exploring internet and service options that fit their needs. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you’ll receive training on AT&T Fiber services, customer support, and account assistance. The Entry Level Sales Agent will speak with customers in person, explain available internet packages, and assist with enrollments and service updates in a friendly and professional environment. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Agent Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber services and explain available internet and bundle options in a simple, approachable way. Assist customers with account setup, enrollments, and basic service questions. Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interactions and professional communication. Help customers understand service features, installation expectations, and available promotions. Maintain accurate customer information and complete enrollment paperwork properly. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on AT&T products and services. Support daily outreach efforts and contribute to overall team goals. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Agent High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Self‑motivated, with the discipline to manage daily sales activity and follow‑up. Stays organized while handling multiple customer interactions throughout the day. Clear, professional communication style with the ability to simplify product benefits. Pay: $51,339.88 - $61,828.68 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
