North LA Business Ventures delivers scalable, high-interest sales support for premier telecom brands.As an Entry Level Sales Associate in Woodland Hills, you'll represent AT&T's wireless experience with professionalism, guiding customers through smartphone selection, plan economics, and 5G performance.The Entry Level Sales Associate leverages deep product mastery to position AT&T's devices not as commodities, but as strategic tools for seamless personal and professional connectivity.As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you are accountable for sales performance within the AT&T channel.The Entry Level Sales Associate's methodology incorporates consultative selling, customer relationship building, and proactive sales to educate clients on device options, eligibility protocols, and bundle incentives, ensuring upgrade decisions are informed and actionable.Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate Guide customers in selecting AT&T cell phone plans and devices that fit their needs, highlighting 5G coverage, reliability, and value.Recommend tailored AT&T packages, focusing on performance, affordability, and device compatibility for residential users.Explain device features, promotions, and bundled options to simplify decision-making for customers.Handle account setups, activations, and upgrades, ensuring accuracy in sales records and compliance with AT&T standards.Resolve device and service inquiries, escalating complex issues to AT&T support for timely resolution.Support AT&T sales campaigns by maintaining store presentation, merchandising, and alignment with promotional launches.What We're Looking For in a Entry Level Sales Associate High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred.Proven experience in customer service or sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription-based cell phone services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain AT&T smartphone plans, resolve service concerns, and build customer trust.Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in fast-paced environments and consistently achieve performance goals.Proficiency in sales platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to manage accounts, track engagement, and ensure compliance with AT&T standards.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits:401(k) Work Location:In person.
