At our company, we provide the intelligence behind the signal.As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll act as a trusted telecommunications advisor, helping business customers across California upgrade, expand, and optimize their AT&T Business solutions.Every conversation is an opportunity to identify gaps, present value-driven recommendations, and close meaningful sales that support long-term growth.In this role, you'll turn everyday interactions into strategic wins.A simple inquiry about data usage becomes an opportunity to introduce Business Fiber.A conversation about remote teams opens the door to secure mobility and managed services.You'll move beyond basic support to proactively uncover needs, position scalable AT&T Business solutions, and confidently guide clients toward decisions that increase performance- and your results.Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative Engage business clients by explaining wireless solutions, bundled services, and account options in a clear and approachable way.Provide exceptional customer experiences by answering inquiries, resolving service issues, processing orders, and assisting with upgrades or billing questions.Drive satisfaction and retention by identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless service and sales experiences.Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure consistent service standards across AT&T Business offerings.Support sales efforts by preparing materials, assisting with promotional events, and contributing to initiatives that boost visibility and engagement.Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, guide performance, and support AT&T's business sales objectives.Experience in customer support, retail, or sales is highly valued, particularly within sales-based or wireless service environments.Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a growth mindset and commitment to driving team success across enterprise and residential accounts.Pay:$4,200.00 - $5,100.00 per month Work Location:In person.
