WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO In this role, you will work directly with homeowners within an assigned territory.Responsibilities include:Initiating conversations with homeowners to discuss potential roofing concerns Conducting property assessments and documenting inspection findings Explaining restoration options and guiding customers through the process Presenting solutions based on the customer's needs and inspection results Participating in ongoing training and development sessions each week Over time, these experiences help build confidence, communication skills, and professional sales ability. EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH Compensation is performance-based and reflects activity and results.Typical ranges within the organization include:First Month:approximately $5,000 to $12,000 depending on activity and results Year One:many representatives earn between $80,000 and $150,000 Top performing representatives may earn $200,000 or more depending on production Advancement opportunities are available for individuals who consistently perform and demonstrate leadership ability as the company expands.
