RCA Partners is a California-based business consulting firm focused on helping organizations grow through strong customer engagement and community outreach.We specialize in creating meaningful, in-person connections that introduce residents and local businesses to essential connectivity programs.Our approach is built on professionalism, teamwork, and delivering real value in every interaction.As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Team Members.In this role, you'll represent our outreach efforts in the community, speak directly with residents about available connectivity services, and help ensure they receive clear, helpful information.This is a fast-paced, people-focused opportunity for those who enjoy working with others and want to build practical skills in communication, customer service, and business development.If you're eager to grow, enjoy interacting with the public, and want to start a career where your effort and development matter, we'd love to meet you.Your Impact and Responsibilities as an Entry Level Team Member:Engage directly with the community in a vibrant, customer-facing environment daily.Represent the brand at high-energy community outreach events to maximize community reach.Facilitate the seamless enrollment of eligible individuals into essential connectivity services.Smash daily and weekly enrollment targets by maintaining a high volume of quality interactions.Outperform personal benchmarks to contribute to the team's overall competitive standing.Master the art of the conversation to effectively communicate the value of essential services.Collaborate with team leads to refine strategies for capturing market share during events.Track performance metrics meticulously to ensure you are always trending toward the top.Skills & Qualifications needed to be an Entry Level Team Member:A positive, goal-oriented mindset and excitement about meeting personal and team goals.Confidence talking with people and the ability to handle rejection professionally.High energy and comfort engaging customers in public, face-to-face settings.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Able to stay calm, professional, and focused in fast-paced environments.Background in retail, customer service, sports, or other team-driven roles is a plus.Commitment to doing quality work, treating customers respectfully, and growing within the role.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$850.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location:In person.
