This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills working with a variety of equipment and systems within a manufacturing facility.You will be instrumental in supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring optimal plant performance.No prior experience is required--just a passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.This paid position provides comprehensive training and the chance to build a solid foundation in technical skills that are highly valued across industries.Responsibilities Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned systems and equipment Execute work in accordance with defined scopes of work, project plans, and company standards Conduct on-site assessments to identify issues, risks, and required corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and client requirements Document work performed, including service reports, checklists, and completion sign-offs Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, and other technicians to meet timelines and deliverables Communicate professionally with clients, site contacts, and internal teams regarding status and findings Test and verify system functionality prior to project closeout Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper working condition Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements Support troubleshooting escalations and provide technical guidance when needed Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a high standard of workmanship at all job sites Collaborate with team members on field service tasks, repairs, and inspections to ensure minimal downtime.Assist in the use of welding techniques specific to welding standards when required.Support customer service initiatives by communicating effectively with team members and supervisors about ongoing work or issues.Experience Previous industrial mechanic or maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.Basic electrical experience including understanding of schematics, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting tools like ammeters and ohmmeters.Familiarity with industrial electrician practices, low voltage systems, and high voltage safety procedures is advantageous.Experience working within manufacturing facilities or industrial environments is highly desirable.Knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulic components, or HVAC/R certifications will be considered a plus.Strong analysis skills to interpret schematics and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.Military background with technical training related to maintenance or electrical systems is welcomed.This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their technical expertise in a vibrant manufacturing setting while contributing to operational excellence!
