Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Wealth Management Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities Build strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions Assist with investment strategies, estate planning, and wealth preservation Educate clients on financial products and help them make informed decisions Collaborate with senior advisors to implement long-term strategies Stay updated on financial trends and best practices Ensure client satisfaction with personalized service in both English and Spanish Travel to Latin American countries if needed Qualifications Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field Strong interest in personal finance, wealth management, and investment management Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Willing to obtain required licenses Background and drug testing required Compensation Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
