Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial roofs for damage, age, and wear Meet with homeowners and explain roofing solutions Work with insurance claims when applicable Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking Present proposals and close deals Manage projects from sale to completion Build relationships in the community Utilize a CRM system Qualifications Strong communication skills Self-motivated and goal oriented Comfortable working outdoors and meeting homeowners Sales experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation Clean driving record Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic What We Provide Industry training and sales support Proven sales process Marketing materials and branding High commission structure Team environment focused on success Company truck and gas card Compensation - 10/70/30 10% off the top Remaining profit is split 70/30 Why Join National Roofing?
