Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager Near Hershey, PA I’m partnering with a well-established, growing manufacturer to identify an EHS Manager for their facility near Hershey, PA. This is a key leadership role within the plant, offering the opportunity to drive safety culture, influence operations, and make a meaningful impact across the site. About the Role Reporting directly to site leadership, this position is responsible for leading and advancing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety performance. You’ll work closely with operations and front-line leaders to build a proactive, engaged safety culture while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a highly visible role where you’ll have the ability to shape strategy, develop talent, and implement systems that support both employee safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong, behavior-based safety culture across the facility Partner with operations to identify risks and implement practical, sustainable solutions Oversee and maintain compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures Drive hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident prevention initiatives Support and coach leaders and employees on safe work practices and accountability Manage site training programs to ensure alignment with regulatory and company standards Facilitate audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies Qualifications Experience in an EHS role within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization Experience with environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting is a plus Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred; certifications such as CSP are a plus Why This Opportunity High-impact leadership role with strong visibility at the plant level Stable and growing organization with ongoing investment in safety and operations Opportunity to make a tangible difference in culture, systems, and performance
