Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and occupational safety (EHS) programs, while providing subject matter expertise across the organization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Manage and maintain ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications at the Watertown site, while coordinating globally to drive consistent policies, procedures, and best practices that support safe and environmentally sustainable facilities and operations. Plan, administer, and continuously improve the workers' compensation program for U.S.-based employees, ensuring effective case management, regulatory compliance, and cost control. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation, and all applicable federal, state, and local EHS requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead environmental, health, and safety programs, including employee training on hazardous materials, job-specific safety requirements, conservation, and OSHA compliance.
