Description: The Environmental Intern is responsible for supporting the Environmental Management team in achieving key department objectives, including continual improvement of the Environmental Management System, on-time and accurate environmental compliance reporting, environmental outreach, development and implementation of sustainability projects, communication of sustainability initiatives, and development of environmental training. The qualified intern can expect to contribute and improve in the following functions: Assist with data collection, analysis, and calculations for environmental compliance reports Support Environmental Management System topics (documentation updates, auditing, continual improvement) Participate in environmental audits and inspections, maintain documentation, and input audit information into the BMW Group Audit Management system Develop and publish environmental news articles and newsletters on the Environmental Intranet site Administer data in Environmental Compliance Reporting software Coordinate and assist in the development of environmental training courses Maintain Environmental intranet site and communication Support sustainability projects through research, development, coordination, and communication <
