Job Description
Perform environmental monitoring (EM) in aseptic, controlled, and utility areas per SOPs, training materials, and GMP guidelines. Incubate, inspect, and enumerate microbial growth on EM plates. Complete all work safely and in full GMP compliance. Document tasks accurately in LIMS, paper records, and logbooks using GDP principles. Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Facilities, and other departments to support site processes. Participate in daily/weekly lab meetings and provide clear handover updates. Complete task management tools and maintain organized workflow. Perform general lab duties such as cleaning and equipment setup/preparation. Maintain required training and aseptic qualifications. Support basic laboratory investigations as needed. Qualifications: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic math, computer/data entry skills, and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage time independently, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.
