Grow ↑ The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is hiring two (2) Environmental Protection Dispatchers within the Environmental Conservation Police (EnCon) Division of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation (BOR) in Hartford. The Emergency Dispatch Center operates 24/7 and provides a vital communication link between DEEP operations, public safety agencies, and the public. The mission of the State Environmental Conservation Police (EnCon) Division is to protect natural resources and promote public safety through education, outreach, and enforcement.
