About the Role As the Environmental Service Director, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. You will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the environmental services department, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services. You will also be responsible for managing the budget, inventory, and supplies for the department, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Environmental Service Director in Assisted Living Responsibilities include: Direct and coordinate the activities of the environmental services department, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services Manage the budget, inventory, and supplies for the department Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department including preventative maintenance Supervise and train environmental services staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of services Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements Carry out the core values of fun, home and purpose.
