EOS Integrator – Sales & Operations Northborough, MA Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care is a physician-led wound care and surgical dermatology practice growing rapidly across skilled nursing and long-term-care facilities in Massachusetts and beyond. We consistently deliver superior healing rates, reduced readmissions, and measurable cost savings for our facility partners. We are seeking an EOS Integrator to serve as our operator and growth engine — owning both sales and day-to-day operations as we scale. This is a true second-in-command role for a results-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of business development and operational excellence. As the practice matures, a dedicated sales hire will be brought on, and you will transition into a purely operational leadership role. You will: Drive enterprise sales with multi-facility SNF chains — targeting MSAs with regional and national operators Leverage your network with corporate nursing, operations, and clinical leadership to build a consistent pipeline Develop ROI messaging focused on readmission reduction, faster healing, and survey risk mitigation Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through contract go-live and onboarding Run weekly leadership meetings, own the company scorecard, and hold the team accountable to rocks and KPIs Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across scheduling, provider utilization, billing workflows, and facility communications Build the infrastructure, processes, and team needed to support expansion Partner directly with the Founder/Visionary to execute the strategic plan and filter day-to-day decisions What you bring: Experience operating within EOS or a similar business operating system (Traction, Scaling Up, etc.) 7+ years in healthcare services, ideally selling into or operating within the SNF/LTC space Proven ability to close multi-facility agreements and hold an organization accountable to its goals Strong existing relationships with SNF corporate decision-makers Comfort in ambiguity — you build the runway as you run Understanding of healthcare compliance (Anti-Kickback, safe harbors, BAAs) Player-coach DNA — you produce individually while developing the systems that scale Compensation On-Target Earnings: $150K–$250K (Base $80–100K + performance bonus tied to both revenue and operational KPIs) Join a physician-led team making a measurable difference in patient outcomes — and in building something that lasts.
