Job Description
Configure and maintain Epic Professional Billing (PB) modules. Expertise in charge router, SEE records (provider records), and multiple build profiles within Epic. Collaborate with coding and reimbursement departments to ensure operational efficiency. Work closely with operational teams to align build with workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve PB-related issues promptly. Provide guidance on reimbursement processes and operational speed.
