Successful candidate will be proficient in properly tacking and grooming horses for group lessons. Must have prior horse experience. Must be able to tack both English and western in a timely manner. Responsible for keeping lessons on time. Will need to teach riders to properly tack and groom. Responsible for feeding and watering horses. Keep grounds properly clean and orderly. Qualifications Required Candidate should be a problem solver, team member, and have sound judgment. Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License. Must be at least 17 years of age. Must be able to lift 50lbs, and be able to work with arms over shoulders, do climbing, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling, carrying, and walking. Prolonged standing and walking required. Must be able to work evenings and weekends if needed Compensation: Salary: Starting at $18 per hour. Part or Full Time Available.
