Wilson McLain Plumbing is seeking an organized and dependable Equipment & IT Coordinator to help manage company vehicles, tools, mobile devices, and computer equipment. This role supports both field and office operations by ensuring company assets are maintained, tracked, and functioning properly. Responsibilities Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate vehicle repairs Track vehicle and equipment records using Terra Track Manage company inventory, including tools, iPhones, iPads, and computers Assist with mobile device management (MDM) and Microsoft licensing Coordinate computer setup and basic IT support with third-party IT vendors Monitor and follow up on IT support tickets Track damage claims and communicate issues to management Issue and collect company tools and equipment according to company policy Maintain accurate inventory records and restock supplies as needed Qualifications Experience in equipment coordination, inventory management, or basic IT support preferred Familiarity with fleet management systems, MDM platforms, and basic computer setup is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proactive problem-solving skills and strong follow-through Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Full-time, office-based position Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors when needed Wilson McLain Plumbing offers a team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow and support essential operations across the company.
