Key Responsibilities Ensure that production standards are met by efficiently running the machines and equipment Set up, operate, maintain equipment and tear down as instructed Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor Maintain ongoing communication with Production Supervision, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance as it relates to equipment performance and down time Follow safety procedures and checklist for startup, emergency stop, and restart of the lines after down time Follows all work safety policies and guidelines, such as Lock Out Tag Out Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and /or safety issues/concerns Adheres to all USDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) product standards and guidelines Maintains a clean and organized area Cross train on other equipment/areas as needed Maintain equipment records throu
