Equipment Operator - Construction

Growing construction services company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team operating specialized equipment throughout Eastern Iowa. This is a hands-on position involving driving, equipment operation, and outdoor work at construction and residential job sites. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Operate specialized construction equipment Transport equipment between job sites Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate with dispatch and field staff Maintain a safe and professional work environment Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience with trailers, construction equipment, or diesel machinery is a plus Reliable and punctual Comfortable with physical work and long days when needed Pay: From $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
