Location: Miami, FL 33125 Job Type: Full-time About Us: Equipment and Tools Solution (ETS Rentals & Repair) is a trusted equipment rental and repair company located in the heart of Miami. We’re looking for a Equipment Rental Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, customer service, and inside sales support. (We are willing to train!) MUST HAVE A CLEAN RECORD Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person Assist customers with rental inquiries, quotes, and orders Support inside sales and telemarketing efforts Maintain and organize customer records and invoices Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: ✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required ✅ 1+ year of customer service experience ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills ✅ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, basic data entry) ✅ Team player with a positive attitude ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Available for immediate hire Benefits: Paid time off Full-time, steady schedule Supportive and friendly team environment 401K Health Insurance Work Setting: In-person at our Miami office Must be able to commute or relocate to Miami, FL 33125 Learn more about us: www.etsrentals.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per day Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
