Description Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Department patients. Perform triage and determine patient acuity. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per orders. Monitor and document patient status and vital signs. Collaborate with physicians and medical staff for coordinated care. Communicate clearly and support patients and families. Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards. Respond rapidly to critical situations and assist in emergencies. Emergency Care & Triage Critical Thinking & Rapid Decision Making Patient Assessment & Stabilization Communication & Collaboration Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments Safety, Quality, and Compliance Requirements: Active RN license (must be currently active). Less than 1 year of experience required; new grads welcome depending on facility preference. Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work independently with diverse patient populations.
