Registered Nurse Goodland, KS Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1818 - $2191 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Are you an experienced ER nurse ready to embrace the dynamic challenges of a Critical Access Hospital? As a Registered Nurse in this facility, you'll have the unique chance to work across both the Emergency Room and Med Surg units, providing vital care to a diverse range of patients. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. Your ability to handle whatever comes through the door will be crucial, as some shifts may lean more towards Med Surg than ER. You'll be supported by a dedicated team, including LPNs, CNAs, and a staff secretary, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment. Provide comprehensive nursing care in both ER and Med Surg settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize Athena EMR for accurate and efficient documentation Maintain a patient ratio of up to 5:1, typically around 1:3 Must hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Need 1 year experience in setting COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
