Position Overview Nar Wong is seeking a recent college graduate with an accounting background to join our team in an entry-level role focused on accounting and ERP system operations. This position is designed as a training and mentorship opportunity , providing hands-on experience supporting our Microsoft Business Central ERP system while contributing to core financial and inventory functions. Key Responsibilities****Accounting & Financial Support · Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable · Perform bank and account reconciliations · Assist with inventory tracking and cost control within the accounting system · Support data preparation for reporting and analysis, including Microsoft Power BI · Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports · Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking · Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies · Assist in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors ERP System Support (Training Provided) · Support daily operations of the Microsoft Business Central ERP system · Maintain data accuracy across finance, POS, inventory, and operations modules · Assist with user access setup and basic system controls · Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when necessary · Support system updates, enhancements, and integrations · Assist in developing reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI Process Improvement & Controls · Assist in documenting and updating SOPs and ERP workflows · Support implementation of internal controls and best practices · Contribute to improving efficiency across financial and operational processes · Generate reports to support internal decision-making · Participate in ERP training and gradually support training of team members Cross-Functional Support · Collaborate with administrative, operations, procurement, and management teams · Assist with inventory tracking and cost control, particularly for diamond and jewelry manufacturing · Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Interest in ERP systems and business operations · Exposure to ERP systems or Microsoft Power BI is a plus (not required) · Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a small, dynamic company environment Additional Information · Structured training and mentorship provided · Visa sponsorship (H-1B) may be available for qualified candidates Compensation & Benefits · Competitive entry-level salary (commensurate with experience) · Performance-based growth opportunities · Hands-on training in ERP systems and business operations · Exposure to finance, operations, and leadership in a growing company · Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, impact-focused organization Closing We are building a team grounded in precision, integrity, and purpose—where operational excellence is matched by a commitment to meaningful impact.
