Job Title:ERSI Coordinator (Env., Risk, Safety, & Infrastructure) Department:Safety FLSA Status:Non-Exempt Reports To:EHS Manager General Purpose of the Position:The ERSI Coordinator supports the Environmental, Risk, Safety & Infrastructure (ERSI) department by coordinating safety programs, maintaining compliance documentation, administering training records, and supporting facility and risk management initiatives across all TMH Midsouth locations.This role ensures the accuracy, organization, and operational execution of ERSI programs including training management, safety reporting, compliance documentation, and facility coordination.This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's mission:We deliver world class material handling solutions that reduce costs, maximize productivity, and increase safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Safety Program Administration (Tasks include, but not limited to:) Supporting companywide safety initiatives and ensure proper documentation and tracking Maintain safety training records for all employees Track PIT certification and recertification schedules Enter and maintain bi-weekly safety training records Maintain Near Miss Report documentation and tracking Support monthly site safety audit tracking Assist with maintaining OSHA logs (300 / 300A / 301 document support) Track safety corrective actions and follow-ups Assist with safety campaign initiatives and communications Compliance & Documentation Management:Support compliance tracking and documentation required by customers, vendors, and regulatory entities.Track and retrieve Certificates of Insurance (COI) Maintain records for customer compliance portals, including:Velocity ISNetworld (ISN) Avetta CQ Additional systems as required Maintain business license tracking and renewal schedules Maintain vendor compliance documentation Support regulatory documentation management SharePoint & Data Administration:Maintain ERSI administrative systems and internal reporting tools Administer ERSI SharePoint sites Maintain safety forms and internal reporting tools Manage document version control for safety policies Maintain ERSI training databases and records Support data entry for ERSI metrics and dashboards Assist with internal reporting and performance tracking Facilities & Infrastructure Support:Coordinates administrative elements of facility operations and improvement initiatives Track facility work order requests Support coordination of facility improvement projects Maintain vendor contact lists for facility services Track building inspections and maintenance documentation Support facility expansion or relocation projects Risk & Incident Documentation:Provides administrative support for risk management processes Maintain incident documentation files Assist with claim-documentation organization Track incident follow-up actions Support insurance documentation requests Maintain incident reporting databases ERSI Reporting & Metrics:Supports data tracking used for executive reporting Assist with monthly ERSI Reporting Maintain safety KPI tracking including:TRIR DART Near Miss Reporting Safety audit results Assist with report preparation for leadership meetings Maintain safety dashboards and tracking spreadsheets Cross-Department Support:Assist departments with safety and compliance coordination Onboarding safety documentation Department setup support Training record management Vendor compliance documentation Facility coordination requests Alignment to Environmental Risk & Safety Pillars:ERSI Pillar:Coordinator support Culture:Tracks training, safety initiatives, and engagement programs Compliance:Manages documentation, COIs, and compliance portals Facilities:Coordinates facility work orders and project documentation Fleet:Supports fleet documentation and tracking Future Readiness & Strategic Development:Maintains data systems that support strategic planning Knowledge and Skills Required:Safety administration experience preferred Compliance documentation management experience preferred Experience with compliance portals (ISN, Avetta, Velocity) preferred Experience working in multi-location operations preferred Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple locations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with SharePoint or document management systems preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidential documentation Self-starter with strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented Safety-minded Solution-oriented Adaptable in fast-paced work environments Physical Demands:This position is primarily sedentary and performed in an office environment.The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, frequently use hands and finge
