Escrow Officer Texas Base Salary: $70K$100K + Commissions Immediate Opening People's Title is seeking a high-caliber Escrow Officer who can step in and perform at an elite level from day one. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a verified book of business and a proven ability to close consistently. Responsibilities Manage and close residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to funding Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless closings Review title commitments, clear title objections, and prepare accurate settlement statements Maintain exceptional communication throughout each file Uphold full compliance with state regulations and People's Title policies Strengthen and grow your existing client relationships through continued service excellence Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as an Escrow Officer Existing book of business required Must provide proof of production for the past 12 months Must average 40M gross premium per month Strong command of title procedures and closing processes Excellent communication skills and detail-driven mindset Ability to resolve complex or ambiguous title issues with confidence Independent performer with a team-oriented spirit A culture built on hospitality, excellence, and high performance If you are ready to bring your business to a company that matches your capability and ambition, we would like to speak with you.
