Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Administration Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team with 3-5 years experience. This vital role offers the opportunity to support estate planning, probate, and estate administration processes, ensuring smooth and efficient management of client estates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in legal research, document management, and paralegal experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced law office environment. This paid position provides a chance to develop expertise across multiple legal disciplines while contributing to meaningful client outcomes. Duties Assist attorneys with estate administration tasks, including preparing and reviewing estate documents, probate filings, and fiduciary accountings, Manage case files efficiently within document management systems , ensuring accurate data entry and timely filing of documents Review legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws; proofread and edit drafts for clarity and precision Support client communications through interviewing heirs, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information Coordinate project timelines and manage multiple cases simultaneously through effective project management practices Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, pleadings, and other documentation with meticulous attention to detail Maintain organized records of legal case files, court filings, and administrative documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing phone etiquette, and handling clerical tasks such as data entry and transcription Experience 3-5 years of paralegal experience in an an Estate Planning/ Administration law office setting with exposure to estate processing and probate law, Strong knowledge of estate planning procedures, Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy Effective interviewing skills for engaging clients and stakeholders professionally and empathetically Familiarity with document review processes and document management systems; experience with data entry and clerical tasks such as filing is essential Knowledge of legal administrative practices including maintaining confidentiality, managing deadlines, and supporting attorneys with project coordination Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional legal support while fostering your professional growth.
