Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Estate Planning Attorney, based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Estate Planning Attorney will be responsible for counseling clients on their estate planning goals, creating tailored legal documents, managing probate and estate administration processes, and advising on succession planning strategies. The role involves direct client collaboration, legal research, and drafting clear, precise estate planning documents to meet each client’s unique needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Estate Planning and the creation of customized legal solutions Comprehensive knowledge of Estate Law, including applicable state and federal regulations Experience in Probate and Estate Administration with attention to legal and financial details Expertise in Succession Planning strategies to support clients with business and personal continuity plans Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Utah State Bar Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Minimum 5 years experience Portable book of business preferred
