We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in estate planning and/or estate administration (probate or trust administration) to join our growing practice. This role is client-facing and ideal for someone who enjoys guiding clients through both planning during life and administration after death—not just drafting documents. Our work spans estate planning, probate, and trust administration , with a focus on clarity, education, and long-term relationships. We operate a structured, team-based model that allows attorneys to focus on high-quality legal work while maintaining an organized and supportive environment—for both clients and staff. The Role This position involves managing matters across both estate planning and estate administration , including: Estate Planning Conducting client meetings (design and signing meetings) Drafting and reviewing: Revocable trusts Wills Powers of attorney Related estate planning documents Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients Coordinating with support staff to ensure timely completion and funding follow-through Estate Administration (Probate & Trust Administration) Assisting with or managing probate matters (as appropriate to experience) Preparing and reviewing probate filings (e.g., applications, inventories, accounts) Advising fiduciaries and communicating with clients throughout the administration process Supporting trust administration tasks, including beneficiary communications and distributions This role allows an associate to build experience in both planning and administration, with appropriate guidance and supervision.
