This is a fully in‑office role in Boca Raton and is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and working closely with attorneys and clients throughout the full lifecycle of estate planning and probate matters. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting attorneys with estate planning and probate matters from start to finish Drafting and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate pleadings, and related documents Managing probate and trust administration files with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinating with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other third parties Handling filings, deadlines, calendaring, and document management Serving as a steady, reliable point of contact on active matters What They’re Looking For Proven experience in estate planning and probate as a paralegal Strong drafting skills and comfort handling matters independently Exceptional organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail Professional, client‑facing communication skills Why This Role Fully onsite position in Boca Raton with a stable, established practice Hands‑on work with meaningful client interaction Long‑term opportunity for the right person who wants to grow and stay Compensation $70,000 to $90,000 base salary , depending on experience If you are an estate planning or probate paralegal who consistently operates at a high level and wants to be valued for your expertise, apply today!
